Negatives:
The dog smell on my floor! It was the worst its ever been. I have two dogs I love and understand that dogs are now allowed into hotels but over time, it begins to smell LIKE WET DOG and completely destroys the carpet and the hallways/rooms reek. Theres too many other choices, I wont be going back, unfortunately.

Use to be my favorite, wet-dog smells have ruined it for me now.
Positives:
The African American Lady on the front desk was absolutely awesome! She answered all our questions accurately, made us feel respected and cared for. Her recommendations were spot on. She made sure we knew how to get around the hotel efficiently. The young black Bellman was awesome also, he took his time to to show around the facilities. They both have great personalities. Your hotel is well represented by them especially!
Negatives:
Didn't like having to go outside and reenter the hotel after going to my car in the parking garage.
