The lady who checked me in named Donna was exceptional. She was very nice and very accomadating.
Negatives:
Floors in hallway had stains and large spots where bleach had been spilled. Flooring in room had burned areas like a hot iron had been dropped on
floor.
Only one elevator was operational and sometimes it didn't work either.
Commode ran off and on all night.
Generally a VERY run down facility.

Key cards keep failing to work so I keep going back to front desk. AC confusing to operate. One of our rooms show the temp on the AC unit itself so you can change the temp using up and down buttons. One room just had "on" showing on the unit and none of the buttons worked. Front desk had no idea either so we were given a different room. Same situation. I eventually figured out you control temp through thermostat. So some rooms you manipulate the AC unit and some you use the thermostat. Took me a couple of room changes to figure it out because front desk sure didnt know. Can't exactly blame front desk that night that we arrived, she was by herself and did a great job handling the influx of customers.

Location and ease of getting there. Late flight allowed for middle of the night check-in. Five guests were allowed in one room. It appears they are working on the updates.
Negatives:
Check in was slow even though it was prepaid. It appears they were remodeling (which is great) but they stuck us in an area where there was no carpet outside the door, like we were in the construction zone. They knocked on our door 30 minutes before check out telling us it was time.
