Positives: The only thing to like was the guy working the front desk, that refunded my money for the stay that I didn’t use.
Negatives: LET ME START BY SAYING I ONLY HAVE A SHORT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL AS I DIDN’T STAY. IF YOU HAVE TO STAY THERE CHECK YOUR BEDDING!!! THE FIRST THING I DO WHEN GOING INTO A HOTEL ROOM IS CHECK THE BEDDING, WHEN I DID I FOUND MULTIPLE DEAD BUGS ON THE MATTRESS COVER OF BOTH QUEEN BEDS. I IMMEDIATELY LEFT AND WENT BACK DOWN TO FRONT DESK AND REQUESTED A REFUND AND THEY GAVE IT TO ME NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THE THING TO REMEMBER IS THE BUGS WERE DEAD SO IT APPEARS THEY KNEW THEY HAD AN ISSUE BECAUSE THERE WERE NO LIVE BUGS, SO THAT SUGGEST THEY TREATED THEM TO KILL THEM. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THE EXTRA MONEY WILL BE WORTH THE PIECE OF MIND AMD NO BUGS.
