Between Thursday, Nov 30th, 2023 at midnight and Friday, Dec 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Dec 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: Clean bathroom, clean comfortable bed. Sweet hostess. Television worked. Heat and air worked, but noisy. Entrance not well marked.

Negatives: Depressing. Did not want to stay there for five minutes but felt stuck. Black curtains. Dark red bed cover and dark red stained carpet. Worn stained furniture. Lamp didn’t work. Had to use cellphone flashlight to read controls. Entrance not well marked. Got lost and had to drive miles out of the way to get back and find property. Do not stay here. Quality Inn same price and much better facilities.
