Didn't like that our room had roaches behind the light at the vanity next to bathroom. Didn't like that website said hot tub and pool hot tub was oit of order and pool wasn't heated couldn't swim with family unless u wanted to take a polar plunge very bad there was something on our bed under sheets that look like paint or something and profanity wrote on exit door of room went to free breakfast at 750am and was out of everything they lady working front counter acted like it was a big deal to even get pancake mix which she finally got around 830 this was by far my worst stay at a quality inn ever

Bathroom door didnt have a doorknob just a hole where it should be. Pool and hot tub was ice cold. Two beds in the room one was soft and one was hard.

The pool was not able to be used. It was being filled. That was not listed on the site. The breakfast was only half of the options. The bathroom was rundown and baby flies everywhere. And not enough towels.

Dirty, in serious need of renovation, ac didnt work properly, requested for my room to be cleaned, and it was never cleaned, had to go to the office every day and ask for towels, the staff seemed like we were bugging them, there was even staff that totally ignored us.

Pool was outta order our whole stay at 90 degrees Temps. Been broke, couldn't keep same room, or check in a few minutes early, disappointed as I usually stay their 4 to 8 times a year and was expecting a pool or at least working hot tub usage after working on our property for 12 hours each day.
