After Thursday, Apr 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Woman at reception said she had no record of our booking. Com reservation despite me showing her on my phone. Hard to communicate as her English was limited. When we asked if we could just still get a room there was one free, she wanted our pin number when we handed over our card, when we said we needed to put the pin in ourselves she said it wouldn't reach over the desk. She wouldn't allow us to come into the office to put the pin in. She became unfriendly so we left and went elsewhere.
