Positives:
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was more than expected, the pool was indoors and the water temperature was perfect, and it was located off the main strip so it was very easy to get in and out of the hotel parking lot.
Negatives:
The only complaint I had was the air was very dry so I had to run and buy a small humidifier for the room.

Positives:
We loved the fact that it was pet friendly. They had doggy treats in the hotel lobby. The area where our pets were allowed to do their business had available "poop bags" and trash cans. The area had adequate lighting for night-time duties. The dogs were allowed everywhere in the facility that we were allowed except in the pool area.

Great Hotel if Traveling with...
Positives:
As always mine and my besties stay was wonderful. Easy check in, accommodating staff, very friendly. The rooms in my opinion as well as the rest of the hotel are beautiful. The beds and bedding are so comfy. Nothing is like on the “cheap side”, even the complimentary toiletries are a nice brand. It’s central to everything, can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We stay here every year. My favorite hotel, anywhere.

I love the location, the room got so cold when it was hot so that was nice.
Negatives:
The beds are so hard! Only one elevator so when you had to leave it took forever or when coming home. The beds are very high and kind of hard to get in and out of if you are short. The water pressure in the shower was not good at all. It’s pet friendly so the elevator always had a stinch to it.

Positives:
I usually dont rest well at a hotel but i did here.The bed was comfy and they had great pillows not the ones that your head sinks into. Breakfast was good. The staff was so kind. Will stay here again and recommend to people.

The rooom could have been a little bit cleaner. There was an old black nail finger clipping on our counter in the bathroom. Our son who is 16 months was walking around the room picking up old little pieces of plastic and paper, a good vaccuming would do the trick. There was black stuff all in the air unit we were unsure of what it was. Those are our only complaints.

This was the 2nd we stayed here, people were smoking weed. Everything was loud, did not get any rest. We will never stay here again. I wish I could get a refund
