There was an elevator for taking up my luggage. I used the stairs for coming and going from the room.
Negatives:
There was mold all around the ceiling in the bathroom. The heater didn't work very well. We were chilled and climbed into bed just to get warmed up every time we were in the room.

location to activities was convenient, great breakfast at Reagans Pancake house, using voucher that was provided for free.
Negatives:
Checkin was advertised for 4:00 pm, got there at 5:00 pm, hadn't even started on cleaning up our assigned room, beds not changed, trash in floor, hadn't cleanned or vacummed, three workers cAME TO ROOM, arguing among them selves why it wasn't ready; not available for another hour. They did promise a move to another room, if not ready by the time we got back from our walk, necessary for time to clean up room. Got back from walk room was ready for us to get into, one and half hours after we arrived.

I forgot to return my key and will now be charged $10 for it. Never had a hotel charge for a key before.

Nothing....do not stay here. If you are a smoker and you follow every rule they will still take your deposit. Then they tried to ask us to check out a day early because they said we were smoking in the room. We refused because we had done nothing wrong. And on the 3rd day we come out to leave and someone had backed into our car. And on the 4 th Day when we did check out. Of course they kept the deposit. I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.
