The location was great to avoid traffic and the staff was so accommodating to make sure we had adjoining rooms. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options.
Negatives:
The mattresses left a lot to be desired and were not Hampton Inn quality. They were very coily, bouncy and uncomfortable. The soap left in our room was previously used. It had been returned to the box, so probably an honest mistake by housekeeping.

We could not login and when we tried to call the front desk the phone was not connected at the outlet and bare wires were hanging out.

The room was not very clean. Sheets were all wrinkled.

The loud noise from the road . It was hard to sleep . Didnt rest well beds very really hard. I didnt enjoy my 3 day weekend away from work. The first night we had no tv channels. Just was not the best experience.

The mattresses were beyond worn out. They were sloped to the side from where so many people had slept on them. There was a huge hill in the middle of the bed and it was sloped towards the head of the bed putting my legs in a weird position. I tried swapping the mattress around to fix this but it made it worse so I had put it back the way it was. I have never stayed at a Hilton branded property with such bad beds.
