Old and bed was so uncomfortable
Both beds ) I believe the mattress was box springs I was so disappointed and felt bad
That my group had to experience this fumes from pool was so strong and could never get in pool as a large group was in there and in hot tub ) which was fine but trying to get comfortable in the suite( lol ) even the couch was absolutely un parable to sit on I had to pay over 200.00 for one night at this place I can’t believe manager did not care one way or another I might add Mattresses was not new as she stated neither bed or pull out I’m glad we found another room at holiday inn and all the personal there was kind and understandable as it was not the first time they heard how bad that motel is

The hot breakfast in the morning was good the beds was was comfy they also had extra towels by the pool so we had plenty of Towles.
Negatives:
The dog hair in an all over the foldout sofa bed once you pulled it out the hair went to filying they didn't have any extra pillows for my kids an only one extra blanket or any sheets for the sofa bed an only one air unint in the room an it was a double size room an with the room being in the pool room it keep the room hot with no air unit so kids complained they was to hot on top of the strong chlorine smell from the pool smell in the room

Location was good and breakfast was hot. Night staff was quick to help.

It felt dingy and unclean when you walked into the room. The pool was not heated and unsupervised. Kids were being super rowdy my baby couldn’t swim without getting dunked or splashed in the face. Staff was nice but never smiled.
