This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last month as the same thing happened to me at a Hilton garden inn in Austin tx. This presents a safety and a security issue. Negatives: Unfortunaely, beds were not comfortable at all. Very noisy neighbors after nightly 10pm quiet time. Restaurant room service was not good. Took 1.20 min to get food which was not "done", 2nd delivery, was incorrect... so gave discount to resolve.
