The hotel staff was so incredibly kind and helpful, every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly.
Negatives:
There was a parking lot light practically in my balcony window. Even with the blackout drapes there was light radiating through. The sheets were probably the scratchiest surface I've ever felt. The hotel is old with new finishes, kind of had a creepy feeling with very low ceilings, and very narrow halls. The room was tiny. Pictures online were very deceiving. The salad I ordered from the lobby Bistro was good but only had half the ingredients correct. The chicken was white..looked like boiled chicken...very unappetizing.

Comfortable bed, location was convenient for me. Friendly staff, ample parking.
Negatives:
Construction renovations were occurring in the building during my stay so I could hear banging during the day. Not a huge deal as I was away for most of the day and this is a temporary situation but I noticed it.
