Nothing. I was double booked and they still haven't refunded me. Front desk worker barely spoke english and wouldn't cooperate with to cancel 2nd un-needed booking that somehow got booked.
Negatives:
The front desk guy couldn't speak good english and wouldn't help me figure out how to cancel random double booking. It double booked me, and the guy charged me for the higher rate in the same room. It was horrible. Rooms were dirty, lights didn't work, and he criticized sleeping arrangements.
