Upon arrival, after booking months ago. Having confirmation of my stay. Traveled into town and on arrival, I was told my booking was found but price was incorrect, and that they could not honor it. Making this seems as if it was my fault, asking if it was possibly a scam of me booking this, and generally no one knowing how to help and telling me the rate I had booked at was not valid. I was asked for a breakdown of the booking and when provided, I was told that was not enough. This did not happen to other guests around me on arrival and took 2.5 hours to fix while my husband was in the middle of the work day since he was the one who made the booking. Due to looking younger, I feel this was very unprofessional to ask or treat the customer as if they were in the wrong, when this was resolved, it was apparently a very quick fix as well. So again. Nice staff, unprofessional “corporate policy” as it was put.

Pink mold in the shower, coffee pot not working and not replaced after notifying staff, removing 10 inch long hair from my mouth after taking a bite of eggs delivered for breakfast (food was barely luke warm)
