Positives:
We've stayed here numerous times and always have great experiences. Only once were we disappointed . The a/c in our room was blowing hot air instead of cold. They were booked and we couldn't change rooms. They brought us a box fan. Not a good choice in Texas heat. This time was perfect.

Positives:
The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very easy to find.
Negatives:
The pool was closed until the chemicals were corrected, which isn’t a big deal. They waived the parking fee to offset.
The ice bucket in our room was damp and smelly so we passed on it. There was no creamer or sugar for coffee and the coffee maker was very ineffective. There were no extra pillows, sheets or blankets, but they were provided quickly.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The facilities were clean and well taken care of. We will stay here again when passing through Amarillo.
Negatives:
The only downfall was that the parking was not as convenient as we would have liked. We had to park across the street in the paid parking garage or valet our car.
