Got 6 breakfast slips, only got to use 3, my spouse lil sickly, was not allowed to use eating slips to take spouse breakfast, slips for dine in only. Feel like asking refund for those slips. I still have them.

I paid for breakfast, had a quick sit down, and eat quickly type of meal. I grabbed a small box of cereal to take with me on the road, because... why not, I paid for breakfast. Then on my way out, I got chastized by the busser and told I would be charged for an additional breakfast if I took the cereal to go.... after I already paid for the breakfast.... I gave back the box of ceral and said keep it. Just... why?

Offers Convenient Parking in a safe and well lit parking lot. Check-in was quick and accurate. The room was a bit outdated and could definitely use a completely updated remodel. The shower could have been a little cleaner and the shower curtain needed to be changed because it wasn't as clean as I expect when staying away from home. The mini fridge did not keep the groceries cold enough even with the dial turned to the coldest setting, the fridge also wobbled causing the contents to fall over and roll around. When housekeeping was asked to gather the trash, vacuum and make the beds she did not understand my requests because of a language barrier so our beds didn't get made and our trash wasn't removed. The front desk employee during the evening hours was very rude, unprofessional and made us feel like we were an inconvenience when requesting pool towels. Check out was quick and accurate. Overall could be better but would stay again.

Great location to restaurants and target. Every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and helpful.
Negatives:
Bathroom was a little ruff, rust in showers in both the rooms I booked. Pool was dirty. Don’t waste money on the “buffet” breakfast. Literally cold eggs and nasty potatoes, most places that would have been a free breakfast since it wasn’t anything special not even biscuits or waffles, would have been better going to McDonalds.
