The carpets were disgustingly dirty and there was trash throughout the hallways. The entire building smelled like smoke which made it nearly impossible to get a good nights sleep. The smell was that strong. TV remote did not work. No ice machine available. The ‘breakfast’ that was included consisted of coffee, no sugar, and protein bars. We were on the 2nd floor and the bathroom floor felt like it was going to cave through. The entire place was just dirty.

Everything. It smelled nasty, our first rooms door would open by itself. We requested a new room and it was better but a/c wasn’t really cooling. We spotted several small roaches in restroom. Hall ways were hot and dirty. Elevator was a bit scary too.

Nothing this place was absolutely awful, unclean, homeless people in parking lot. Room do not look anything like website. Furniture was broken.
The receptionist checked us out and we had to go to a differen hotel. It was like walking down a haunted nasty hallway to get to the rooms

I liked the price and the convenience of the Arlington Trolley to Globe Life Field.
Negatives:
I carpet was dirty in the hallway. Some listed facilities were not available. For this to be an extended stay with a full kitchen, there were no kitchen items offered or available to use/borrow/check out to use. The room door had about an inch gap from the floor allowing crickets and roaches to easily come into the room. The furniture was old and damaged. Not appealing. In my specific room, the sheets needed to be replaced upon arrival.
