Everything. Dirty, rude staff, lied multiple times as far as a refund, literally laughed while trying to get help… disgusting property with people who mean you no good. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. I only stayed one night and so they said they would refund every night but one but then never actually checked me out with booking so that they could keep my money for five nights. Truly horrific experience. Had to kill random flying bugs all night and go to Walmart for cleaning supplies just to make it through the one night. And booking customer service was also unhelpful as far as getting a refund, they said they could only do it with written consent of the property but why would the property give that if they knew they were scamming in the first place? I am sad to say I won’t be using this service anymore, either.
