Positives:
Free evening snack was unexpected and it was good and it was like early dinner. The quality of breakfast , evening snacks were all good. 24X7 hot water for tea, coffee, juice was available. Staff were courteous and helped for late check out. This was ideal place to stay for visiting UT Austin. My wife and son loved this place. Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay here next time when we are in town. Rooms were clean.

I love their suites. It is always quiet and the staff is amazing. The location is about 8-14 min from downtown which is ideal. Love happy hour and breakfast too!

Breakfast food was nice and coffee is decent.
Negatives:
This hotel is really busy and corridors are very noisy all night with people entering and leaving rooms, banging doors and talking loudly. Room is also noisy as fridge and ventilation make white noise all night.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the 5:30-7 p.m. daily food and beverage that was included was great with a lot of selection and the breakfast also had a lot of selection.
Negatives:
The bedroom could use a little better lighting and the AC vents aim the air right across the bed where it would be better to have it circulate higher or be able to direct it to one's liking so that it's not blowing right in your face at night.
