The included breakfast exceeded expectations, something for everyone.
Pool is indoor and stocked with towels and seemed cleaned and maintained.
Pet friendly with an area for dogs in front of the hotel that was kept nice and lit at night
Rooms were clean and nice.
Negatives:
Hotel is set up with an atrium in the center so if it is crowded in loud in the center you can hear it in the sitting area in the suites. The bedroom portion closes off and that blocks the noise but if you have anyone sleeping in the sofa area they might be bothered.

It’s not a great location in terms of safety. There are many homeless people walking around the gates and even in the parking lot.
A/C wasn’t working in the room. There was random tapping and screeching throughout the night. The shower was majorly peeling and we felt it was unsanitary.

The staff was excellent and provided great information. Although the building is older the remodeling job is very good. The biggest drawback is how small the bathroom was with barely enough room to turn around in. The location was good for us.

Great breakfast buffet with made to order omelets!! The evening 2 free alcoholic drinks!!

The two broken elevators. It took us over 45 minutes to get to breakfast, another 30 to get to our room and another 45 minutes to get back down. Every elevator was full by the time it got to the 9th floor. INSANE!!
Then they charged me for TWO NUGHTS and I only stayed one! I had to call and fix it after I caught the problem. BIG MISTAKE!
