The bed wasn't bad.
The location was close to the Palmer Special Events Center.
A long list.
The price seemed okay, but it was too high for what it was.
The floors were sticky. Afraid to not wear shoes.
The room smelled like a gym.
The counter tops were dirty.
The ac was noisy.
There weren't any utensils, plates, or cups, which made the kitchen useless.
Homeless people all around and camped behind the building.
Gang graffiti inside the hotel.
There was a community court next to the hotel.
Halls and stairs were being rebuilt.
Card readers didn't work on some outside doors.
"Breakfast" was a total joke. Old granola bars and coffee, but the coffee pot was empty.
My wife refused to take a shower after she found an old toenail on the floor in the bathroom.
I certainly didn't score any points with my wife...
My wife summed it up...
Walking distance to places to eat and to enjoy some libations.
I wish they had breakfast.
The loaction is great.
The location was good. took uber from the hotel to 6th street and back with no issues.
Water pressure in the shower was terrible. shower was also stained
They were accommodating, the water was hot, no bugs, they had key cards that worked, allowed a late check out, everything functioned properly, it was great! The staff was helpful and fast.
Not much of anything I can think of was wrong with this one, it was all good!
Wish I could have stayed...
No ice machine
I had a great stay...
Everything was clean, the staff was accommodating & friendly. For the price it’s got what you need & then some. For those that may not know, it’s a studio suite with a hot plate, full sized fridge, microwave oven, & a desk/ work space. One other thing I appreciate is (at least at the time of this review), they don’t charge a deposit. The price you get on booking.com is the price you pay.
WiFi is free but if you want high speed internet they charge an additional fee. Breakfast is a muffin and some coffee if you want it. That’s it.
Great place to recuperate. Cozy...
Cheap, close to city center, free parking.
Staff was friendly and allowed a room change after check-in.
Horrible guests on the floor. Noisy children, televisions etc. next door(s), one party triggered a smoke alarm while cooking (around 11 pm), car alarms, noice due to trash disposal outside - earplugs can‘t help you with that!
Also, rooms were rather smelly (smoke?)…
Old hotel, would need a lot of renovation work
Cheap and close to city,...
The place was a mess, under construction, toilet was broken. Smelled awful
It had four walls and a roof. The staff were friendly enough.
This place needs to be demolished and shouldn't even be listed on booking.com. It seems like the city is using some kind of voucher system or something to get homeless people into this hotel. During the week there are campers in front of the city building in the parking lot. There are more tents/campers in the creek behind the back parking lot. The lobby reeked of weed when we walked in. Each of our four rooms had very distinct smells. Mine was mold, another was onions, another was pot, and the fourth was cigarette smoke. One of the bath tubs had blood in it. One of the toilets didn't work.
I cant really think of a redeeming factor
Very dirty, non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, super sketchy feeling, food and garbage all over the hallways, receptionist monopolized my time at check in by speaking incessantly about politics.
Bit tired and needs upgrading
Good value hotel near city...
