Between Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Positives: Clean bedding. Clean kitchen. Clean bathroom. Front desk was attentive and accommodating and pleasant. Price was steep considering the low quality of furnishings.

Negatives: Overall funky musty smell. Was it the carpet or just that it was all quite old, dated, very lived in and cheap materials? Reduced rates should be offered to solo travelers.

Positives: Pleasant and helpful staff. Location was convenient to downtown. Hotel was nice and quiet.

Negatives: When looking under the bed there was a pair of glasses and a pair of mismatched socks, with layer of dust and pet hair. The room needs to be deep-cleaned beyond visitors. Breakfast was all packaged food with no fresh milk or fruit.

Positives: The staff was very polite and welcoming. They were quick to get me checked in and very informed on the hotel and ammenities.

Negatives: There were people always outside yhe front door. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot across from hotel. The room door was not completely secure and wiggled even when locked. Overall, not a safe feeling being there. Checked out early and left.
