Israel.. he was the employee working night shift. Great guy did the best he could with what he had to work with.

Everything. There was a water bug when I walked into the room there was pill bugs rolly Polly bugs everywhere in the bathroom. A couple of roaches on my bed. This place has been run down since the plandemic. The only thing that was great was Israel.

I had to get two rooms because the first one was extremely hot and the second room had mold growing rapidly in the bathroom. Neither room had any dishes or utensils to cook. Breakfast was just coffee and oatmeal with no bowl to make it in. Hotel is a bit confusing to navigate though.

The hallways were extremely hot 84 degrees. Our room was not clean hair on linens inside shower, plastic wrapped on shower head. No dresser to put clothes in our room what little furniture very worn. no hair dryer was told of they could find one they probably did not work. counters , floor dirty, my five year old found vapor under bed when trying ti get toy from under bed. ants crawling in room mostly near window a/c units. Bed lining hanging down covers/blankets very worn . Unable to get clean towels . was told needed to bring dirty towels down .we were on 3rd floor with a family of 4 and told to bring the dirty towels down before able to get clean towels.
