Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Nothing I couldn’t even get into the place the person who i called w the number provided didn’t even know anything. I had to scramble to find another place to stay at 9: pm on a formula one race weekend in Austin tx. Terrible i was not made aware of this. The place wasn’t even the correct name.

Comfortable room. Proximity to downtown. Manager stopped by to check on room and made note of things that needed attention from maintenance.

First of all, they did not have any breakfast available. The hallways smelled like smoke. The bathtub had hairs stuck in it. They only provided 2 tiny, thin towels to shower. When I called the front desk, no one answered. It kept sending me to the main call center. Also, the Front Desk person tried to come in to our room at 9:30 pm, forcefully! Then, when they realized someone was in there, they nocked aggressively and ordered me to open the door. When I opened the door, they told me, “Oh, sorry, I didn’t realize I had put you in this room.” I took the opportunity to ask for extra towels and they never came with them. I waited for them 30 minutes. All of this is very unacceptable.

Family of 6 would only give us one towel. Sofa bed was without sheets, and a blanket. Asked the front desk and all they gave me was a fitted sheet,and a sheet to cover up with. Told me there was more towels in the room in which was wrong
