The room had an offensive odor, making it unsuitable for individuals with asthma. There was strain on the bed, a defecation was left in the restroom, and the shower was stained with severe dirt. I regret to inform you that the front desk was extremely impolite when I requested my money.

I love the staff here. I love the cleanliness and the organization. I love the coffee, oatmeal and granola bars they leave out for us in the morning. I love the location right next to an Olive Garden and the mall. There are many things within walking distance. Restaurants, theaters. The manager Mr Whitehead a gentleman and everyone who works here is eager to help when you need it. Highly recommended!

The manager was rude and one of the employees was rude lying talking about we was smoking in the room which that was not true it was bad and they called the laws like if we done something wrong when they told us we had to leave we started packing and she said she was going give us a couple of hours because I had to wait on my ride they were on some disrespectful stuff I’m still not understanding the real reason we had to leave but we was not smoking in the room I needed a place to stay so why would I smoke in the room if it was non smoking now I’m on the streets because of them I can keep going but I’m not they let who they want to do stuff over there I knew for a fact that other people were smoking in they rooms but I guess because they been there longer it was people not paying they rooms they wasn’t complaining about that but me they just kicked me out for no reason

I sincerely appreciated how the receptionist balanced not overstepping the boundaries/limitations of her job while helping accommodating me through the process of dealing with Booking.com's unprofessional, unnerving and infuriating service, as I spent hours in the lobby of this Extended Stay just trying to get them to recreate a confirmed booking which I had already paid for in full
They kept trying get me to travel to another hotel for a cheaper rate ignoring my repeated declines because I had already spent so much time traveling and more time on the phone with Booking.com customer service unbelievable.
But Extended Stay at Lakeline in Austin, Texas gets 5s from me

Booking.com's assistance. Their insolence and continued as well as symantec run-a-round games certainly didn't not help dealing with errors on their end.
