Great staff that helped out with issues I had with payment via my credit card and with all that I needed for a comfortable and chillax stay with my friends. Me and my guests felt as if we had some type of special treatment there as we had no problems with any of the staff there while staying there 4 days past my original 3 day stay as work continued longer than expected. Thanks to all those who made it comfortable during my stay especially the wonderful and beautiful staff in the morning and a special shot out to Ray, a cool bude working the graveyard shift who made it all possible being that he saw how tired I was and was able to help me out with getting a good night's rest. Thanks bro for looking out I really do appreciate your effort in making it a great stay !

Nice and Peaceful The Rooms Almost Feel like a little studio apartment which gives them that homey feeling. The Manager Brittany White Really Does Care About The Guest Comfortability & She’s Does A Great Job Handling Guest Complaints In A Professional Matter How A Real Boss Should.

The room was not as described. There we no utensils or cookware in the unit. You had to ask for it, and it was an additional fee.

There was not a single positive about my stay! From the room to the amenities, to the staff! Everything about this trip was a nightmare!

Rude and condescending staff! Homeless persons everywhere throughout the hotel! Prostitution being offered by staff to guests! Lack of amenities. Filthy room, couldn't get dishes (staff said they were out), Breakfast was the stalest muffins I have ever seen and some instant grits (if you got there before the vagrants and homeless wiped everything out) Televisions would not work (remotes had batteries taped in) Security doors were never locked, Staff took both accessible parking spots as well as both "reserved for new guest registration" spots for their personal vehicles.

Room was dirty behind all furnishings and under the bed. Bathroom had noticeable repairs done poorly and already failing. Cleaning staff entered my room 3 times without notification. They do not have covered tables and grills where pool used to be. The area is closed off. Breakfast is never put out at same time and items held back. Was told I could go to 7-11 and purchase if I didn’t like it

They took my money even though they wouldn't allow me to check in bc I'm on some ridiculous DNR list I had no clue about for something my ex did. Not for something I actually did! I just moved to Austin and this was in the middle of the night with my dog. They were just like sorry just walk around outside or find a grassy spot not in property to get some rest. Then they took my money 6 hrs later! And had me in a really bad bind for 3 days! Not ok to send a female by herself , no matter her past, at 4 am in a city she knows nothing about! Also...get this! He can still rent at extended stays! It doesn't freaking make sense! Like I left my entire life and family behind in Houston just to get away from this very toxic relationship and it still haunts me! I really think these circumstances should over turned bc I can guarantee he was the reason and I also can guarantee that none of his money has ever gone to renting hotels rooms there at any extended stay. It has always been mine! You guys just lost a very loyal customer.
