Our AC leaked on the first day and flooded the floor. For the whole second day we had a huge fan drying the floor and were told there were other rooms available but not the same size as the one we had (smaller). On that day while in the room a maintenance man keyed into our room without knocking and saw me basically naked in the bathroom. Terrible, terrible experience

Negatives:
We lived in this hotel for quite a long time in three different rooms. The first room had black mold in the bathroom!!! The second room had a very bad smell of mustiness. The third room smelled less compared to the previous two, but all rooms had very poor ventilation. Also, the hotel staff uses cheap cleaning products (or they use a lot of them), after cleaning there is a strong smell of chemicals everywhere. People with allergies should be careful. Breakfast is very poor
