Positives: It was a decent hotel. We stayed 3 days and were promise the room would be cleaned on the 2nd day but the Biggest issue was the severe price gouging because the Formula 1 race was in town. So bad that I may never come back. The breakfast was equally overpriced. Property and staff were fine. The hotel was not crowded so no reason for the price gouging other than basic greed..... Shame on Hilton.

Negatives: There was an issue with Booking.com where I tried changing my dates and the staff were unable to change them so I canceled my booking where the staff said due to the confusion they would not charge me.On June 1st I was charged.I called to have the charge removed.At first they told me a manager wasn't available,then they put a Manger on the phone and he was very rude,told me it was my fault because I booked through booking.Then proceeded to say "I am not dumb enough to give you my name" prior to hanging up on me. Note to rude manager: I was a diamond rewards customer prior to the pandemic, so i am understanding of how Hilton hotels operate and understaff concerns. & If the hotel doesn't want you using Booking then they shouldn't offer it. It is not the customer's fault they used additional resources provided by the hotel.That should never be publicly conveyed to a customer.
