I was never told I had to pay the same amount online to hold the room for me and then still pay again the day of arrival plus a $50.00 Deposit and also I was told I could arrive at 2:00pm for the room but was changed extra $25.00 for getting the room early if they said I could get it at 2pm!!.

Rickety elevator- which my room was close to - loud!
Cricket problem- including 1 in my room! Loud!
Staff was friendly enough but not at all eager to please
Not to mention this place is hard to get to from the Highway. Turnaround followed by immediate cutting across 3 lanes of traffic to get to highway.

We stayed for 5 days. Viarney was great when we checked in. Priscilla and Naomi were helpful and cordial. The room was clean. NO odors or foul smells. Thankful for the internet service. Nice surprise there is iron and iron board included in the room. Small refrigerator is included. That was nice. The breakfast is included and pretty good. The coffee is super good!! The location is great cause its right off the expressway. The housecleaning people were great. They came by each day. The pool was nice.
Negatives:
There were alot of homeless people at the end of the property sitting at the curb. That was uncomfortable to see as we are not from Austin. We noticed a roach in the room one night,. Other than that, no other issues.
