The food was good and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioners worked well in both rooms we stayed in for two nights. I like that y'all put Dove soap in the rooms that's a good quality soap.
Negatives:
The employee on duty in the morning was very rude to everyone in the breakfast room, she was over bossy and controlling... It was not a pleasant experience she was telling people what to do with their children and treating it like a soup kitchen at a homeless shelter. My wife and I did not enjoy the breakfast room and lobby experience at all because of her considering how much money we paid to stay over the Labor Day Holiday for the accommodations. Other guests were also a little taken back by her bossiness and rudeness. We felt super rushed and were kind of in a hurry to get out of her way even though we got to the breakfast room and plenty of time. That being said, the food was good but the interpersonal relationship dynamic with that employee was not. She singled me out for getting too much coffee in her opinion, it was very awkward to be singled out and put on display like that in front of the breakfast room patrons first thing in the morning. I'll leave her name anonymous but this was the morning of September 3rd 2023
