The airport shuttle was unavailable both to the property and from the property. The reason we booked this hotel was because it was close to the airport and had an airport shuttle. When I contacted the manager and asked to be compensated for our Uber fares from and to the airport, she declined to offer any compensation whatsoever.

The location was perfect and the commute to different places were reasonable, the staff, and the property exceeded all expectations I will definitely stay here again when i return.

Standard expected hotel features for this price level. Breakfast was fine but not great. Outdoor pool was in decent shape but small. Good bed. Good extra features in the King Suite as far as a fridge, hot plate, and dishwasher.
Negatives:
Location is not wonderful for easy access to many of Austins features if you are driving a lot during your stay. Some cleanliness around the hotel and in our bathroom was not excellent, but manageable. Hotel sits in a hill and the parking lot is quite cramped. A lot of construction development next door
