The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hot breakfast was great! We were pleasantly surprised with the food options and quality of the food.
Negatives:
The bed was absolutely horrible!! You would think for the price we paid for this room that they would have more comfortable beds. It was hard as a rock and neither of us slept well at all because of it.

the room I was initially given was beside a barking dog and the whole 4th floor smelled horrible. given another room and was much better on 2nd floor
