Had to pay for parking even though it’s not downtown. There were crickets in the room. The shower didn’t work. There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. The alarm clock in the room was 30 minutes slow which made me late!

i booked this due to sonesta brand. and there was no pool or breakfast.. it was having lot of smell in lobby area as construction was in progress. location is right on highway so lot of noise of cars 24 hours.

Even though the location was a little far from all the attractions, the area around the hotel was nice, quite and with a lot of places to eat and shop.
The room had clean towels and bedsheets.
Free convenient parking, small gym with everything you need for a quick nice exercise.

A bit dusty shelves in the bathroom (it was obvious that someone was rushing during the cleaning. Bathroom ventilation: someone was smoking in bathroom and all the smoke was coming into our room through it. That was the hugest cons for us.
