Positives: I do wish I ever the staff members name but the woman who checked me in was extremely accommodating and that’s honestly the only positive.

Negatives: I already spoke with customer service and filed a complaint. But there were bugs in my room and the facilities were disgusting. I also almost got injured which is insane because the ironing board was broken and when I went to open the closet, it fell on my head.
