Positives:
Convenient location, ample kitchenette with large refrigerator, This is a good place to stay for multiple days, especially if you want to stock up the kitchen while you're there. Decent fitness center.
Negatives:
Stainless steel kitchen pots are only good for boiling water or making soup. If you want to make eggs for breakfast you'll need to bring your own pan. Also, the gap around the room door is huge, which means you hear everything out in the hall which isn't great if you're a light sleeper.

The room was a great price for the type of room that it was.
Negatives:
The location. It's not a good sign when the desk clerk feels the need to tell you it's "safe" to park on-site. I've been to numerous hotels, and at no point do I remember having to be reassured of my safety when parking. You can see why it's mentioned, if you spend any time outside of your room. The halls, no matter the floor, all smelled of "TV dinners" or other assorted random food smells. Which, I guess, cannot be helped as the rooms feature kitchenettes. The sound of what had to be a small herd of children running through the halls upstairs was a welcome. Stains on the pillowcases, leftover food/drinks from the previous tenant in the fridge, an AC system that consists of a small "dryer" type vent feeding air into the bedroom (we were able to get the room cooler by opening the windows). Needless to say, we cut our stay short and left for another hotel.

Everything was according to what I saw on the website when booking. The room is large; made of a living room with a kitchen corner fully equipped (such that you can have prepared your breakfast or even more sophisticated meal) and a separate bedroom. Easy to access with a large parking lot. Additional laundry and even a physical training room.
