Negatives: the fridge in 327 did not work for shit so we couldn't keep anything in the fridge cold and we had to buy our own pots and pans from the store although we picked this place because we thought it had all those amanetities but as you know they can't always provide everything they have little ice makers which defeated the purpose cuz the freezer didn't work and the tub could have been cleaned better since I had my child it was poorly cleaned so we cleaned the tub before she got in. but other than that the ac blew cold air and could have used a broom in the room for the time we stayed in there but all in all better than motel 6 way better

Negatives: Everything. The price is WAY too high for what you get.

Negatives: Nothing. Loved it.

Negatives: I didn't like a thing about this place!!

Negatives: Need an exterminator and the walls are dirty inside the room. Resurface the bathtubs.

Negatives: there’s a kitchenette however there were zero utensils, pans, etc. I could not cook in the little kitchen at all. I asked at the front desk, was told there were no dishes, utensils, etc. available.

Negatives: The office people were very rude one day I left my key in my room and they wouldn’t let me back in I ended up having to call the police just to get back in my room after a long day of work … a couple days later i wanted to re buy my room (I’m traveling for work) and they lady told me no I asked her if I could for the day after she told me no which didn’t make since so I just went to another hotel the last 2 days of me staying there they had people on the roof ig construction but it was very loud I couldn’t sleep and ended up getting a headache there were roaches in my room I seen like 6 …other then that it was nice .

Negatives: I GIVE THIS PROBERTY NEGATIVE STARS, WORST PLACE! So let's start with the main manager. ROBERT, he is Hispanic and black hair. He thinks he is entitled to some honor role or sum and has an attitude every time I see him. He thinks he can have his way with everyone. He accuses you of things you haven't done and tries to kick you out of your room. One afternoon, I was in my room, and the manager and a female worker said they needed to inspect my room, and it was non-negotiable, so they barged in the room without a right. This is the first hotel I've been to that just inspects your room without notice and any reason. They accuse you of smoking in the room and stealing stuff from the property. Another day, I left the room and came back to my key not working. So I go to the office and found that Robert checked me out of my room with no access to the room after the room is already paid for with no reason as of why I can't access my room. So i couldn't grab my property or have access to the room and no refund for the remaining days I had left. So, I'm had to call the police to be able to access the room and grab my property. ROOMS You could clean the room better than the housekeeping. Dirty floors and counters. The door for the bathroom looked like the hinges were about break, and the door handle was broken, so when u opened it, it popped out. There are so many roaches on the ground. Water doesn't get hot, and the fridge and freezer barely get cold. SAFERY ROBERT: The manager locks you out of your room for no valid reason, so don't leave major valuables in the room cause the risk of Robery. Workers just walk in out of your room as they please. Noteworthy details: The manager named ROBERT thinks he is entitled to some honor role and is very rude. He tries to lock you out of your room and starts problems for no reason. Honestly, more of Robery risk and right of your own property.
