Very good
Positives:
The front desk staff was great, helpful when they could be and always greeted when seen.
Negatives:
For the price we paid, we are not satisfied with the value of our stay. The room was small, the valet didnt approach and open our door on our way out, the room was hot so we had to ask for a fan, room service forgot our dessert, we had to wait 45 minutes for a room after the 3pm check-in time.

Well we got on the elevator and the elevator broke and we were stuck in it for sometime. Fire dept. came and were able to get us out after a while. Told they would take care of room, they never did

It was a teally bad experiance. I called and they told me they had a room ready and that i could check in. When i get there they told me they couldnt take apple pay, whr the website says it does. And told me to wait two hours with my family in the car on the street! I was driving a motorhome. The ballet parking employee screamed at ne saying i had to move it and esnted to fight me. I need someone to please call me back about this issue, 214 454 9588. The manager on duty was Andrew
