Scruffy dated property, says free breakfast on website but apparently that’s not the case anymore. Lady on front desk basically said I was lying that another member of staff said we had complimentary breakfast. Other people seemed to be getting free breakfasts though!!

About the only good thing is the size of the room. And the bathroom was okay.
Negatives:
There's an irritating smell in the hotel. Restaurant and Bar were closed. WiFi did not work on 5th floor for the first day, even after I mentioned it to the reception. The safe does not work and I was told "Sorry, the safes never worked since we took over this property a year ago." The breakfast is a bad joke - no bread, just some muffins, sugar coated cereals and waffles, the most disgusting "coffee" I drank in years. Th AC in the room was as noisy and loud as a bus. Window could barely be opened.

I booked this hotel because of booking.com recommend reviews. Terrible hotel experience and don't trust booking.com anymore. Booking.com should change hotel info. Because I am a longterm customer, but this time so disappointed.

We thought the breakfast could have been better. We had to ask for wash cloths and hand towels our first night there. We did not have a car at our disposal and discovered there are no nearby places to eat.
