hotel was clean most everywhere. Bed was soft and pillows were flexibly soft. Shower water got hot quickly. HVAC worked well without too much noise. Staff was good at desk and breakfast and walking me through the teevee remotes. Breakfast included eggs, bacon some days sausage some days and there were cereals, bagels, fruits and waffles and fixings for all of these were kept in place by staff. A variety of coffee choices were kept up as well. Breakfast staff got multiple in person compliments from us.
Negatives:
Staff member said they got my Wyndham rewards number posted to the booking, but it doesn't seem to have worked. It has worked in the past when I omitted it during initial booking. The refrigerator in the room was so loud we just unplugged it. Single cup coffees in room were never replenished. Bath soaps were never replenished. We could have requested soaps I reckon, but we scrapped by. Showerhead wouldn't adjust and stay put...it just was floppy limp.
