Positives: basic motel with basic amenities. Bed was comfortable and clean. Good value for one night. Checkin staff were friendly.

Negatives: The A/C unit needs cleaning, a little more cleaning in the tub corners (scum) and the carpets have only been vacuumed in main areas for quite some time….corners or along the walls were kinda gross.
