Negatives: 1. Went for two days without a vanity light. 2. Bed as too soft. Nothing like Hampton Inn used to be. 3. No vertical bar to help step out of the tub. 4. On 3/19 did not receive cleaning or linen service. On the 20th, no wash cloths or hand towels.
