Positives:
Location and facilities next to the hotel in order to plan for the eclipse observation.
For a one night stay it's ok if you're travelling by.
Negatives:
Smell in the hotel lobby, rooms and corridors. People on drugs and with ancle bracelets in front of the hotel and in the parking lot. Receptionist not too friendly. No breakfast at all, even though it is mentioned in the reservation. Pool not working.

There was no breakfast offered. The location was great. The Room was not well cleaned. The staff was rude and barged in while my wife was in the shower without knocking on the door. There was a smell in the room and the hall and the elevator was dirty as was the parking lot.
Negatives:
We paid for a room with a queen sized bed and instead we were placed in a room with a twin sized bed. I am still waiting for refund because we used a different credit card to pay than was used to hold the room. The towels were dirty. The T.V. did not have a remote that worked. And, we had to ask for the towels to be replaced and were yelled at in the language of Farsi when we asked for extra towels.

none smoking rooms have clearly been smoked in, dirty bedding, saw several roaches, floor wasn’t sweeped and makes your feet black fast, loud dogs everywhere, loud guests everywhere. came for one night of work, checked out in the middle of the night because i couldn’t stand it.

The room had a really bad musty smell. It definitely had mold in it. I asked the front desk lady for a different room and she said there was not one available. I asked her to smell the room and she said she could not smell anything. I have an autoimmune disease and staying in the room one night made me sick.
