The women working was so rude , the room.was beyond discussing,there was trash ont the floor urine all over the floor and the smell OMG... And none of the lights worked , I went down and notified her, mind you I just lost my first grandbaby yesterday, so yes I was crying and very upset, I paid cash and she refused to give my $ back , then says she can only give me 30$ back out of 60$
She was very disrespectful, and had no heart to was I was going through....whe even yelled at I was leaving as I'm still in tears and was completely embarrassed in front of other customers.... Plz help me z and not to mention the nasty user needles in the bathtub, wasn't ev n a whole 6 min and she threw a fit ....

my room was a roach motel. it looks like they had redone the tile but it wasn’t all the way down yet the first day it didn’t seem so bad . by the second day I have videos of roaches coming from each and every direction. I was restless because of the air conditioner noises. I had to be at work for 7an. the air conditioner would make a screaming noise every time it cut off like someone was closing a door so it kept me up all through the night for my whole stay.

Front office was friendly. We somehow only had one towel in our room and office didn't give any questions or attitude when I had to ask for more towels as there was 3of us. Although we didn't end up using, the lobby does provide a small breakfast (waffle maker, toast, yogurt, coffee or juice). Which I felt was decent for what we paid for our stay. We didn't travel to stay in our room so all we really cared about was a hot shower and comfy bed which were fine. ( 10-20 min drive to Surfside beach and Quintana which we liked best).

At the time All TV options were down which could of been an issue if we were spending more time in our room but we came to go to the beach so no biggie for us. They are doing some repairs or need to do repairs from I'm guessing hurricane Beryl as you could see lots of water damage to ceiling. Housekeeping could prob pay a little more attention to detail but again we didn't plan to stay in our room much so it was fine. No bugs no smell so not gonna be picky when we paid less than $80.
