We always have liked la quinta. This one is average. Not exceptional but not dirty and didn't smell weird.
Negatives:
The pillows are the worst pillows I've ever experienced in any motel. And there were no bath mats or washcloths. The room was a little shabby but not terrible.

I specifically asked if the pool and hot tub was working before we booked and made it clear we were only staying if it was because my daughter who had been in the car for 12 hours wanted to swim. I was told everything worked. We booked only to find out the hot tub was freezing. When I told the front desk they said it was in need of a part. The next morning when I spoke to a manager I was told it's been not working for 6+ months.
