the location and cleanliness
Negatives:
the power went out and the back up generator went out as well and when you called the staff to see what to do because of the serve thunderstorm and tornado warning that honestly activate big Karrolynn saying where I just gotta deal with a wait it out and hang up the phone. then when the power came back on my tv wasn’t working and I had to call back downstairs and was told their is nothing they can do about it and had to keep calling and was just moved to a different room with no tv as well so for work and business it was horrible.
