Very poor
Positives:
This is the infamous property in Corpus where Selena was shot. The hotel name has changed since then. There is a Mexican restaurant attached that has great bfast and if you are staying at the home you get 15% off the food bill.
Negatives:
The rooms could you some care, nothing dirty as much as just shabby and needing updates. In my room the toilet seat wasn’t attached.

Room was dirty, walls and ceiling had black mold spots, floor was dirty, restroom door would not close, microwave and fridge had rust, pool was very dirty. Bad and unhealthy place to stay.

Everything was clean when we got there. The room was nice and pre cooled. Clean linnen and towels. Ac worked great. Everything from top to bottom was nice and clean. Good clean pool too! Friendly staff too!

Refrigerator had large amount of ice buildup on the inside platform of the freezer and even in the upper half of the refrigerator. Music was playing loudly even past midnight.

Everything worked great and I had access to everything I needed. The staff were professional, pleasant and caring. Lighting was great and I felt safe throughout the facility. Ingress and egress with safe return to traffic was a plus. Room staff were efficient, friendly and caring. The entire property was well groomed and maintained.

VERY optional: stepping stones from the parking area by the swimming pool to the rooms in the center area of the wings.
