Negatives:
Staff was rude, showerhead was too low for anyone over 5'9, breakfast had hair in it, location is LOUD train tracks and particularly thin walls.

Positives:
Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The price for a small town hotel was too high.

Very good
Positives:
The clerk at check in was very friendly, gave clear directions on where everything is located, clear instructions on breakfast, etc!
Negatives:
The parking is really small for the ones of us that are in larger vehicles like a U-Haul
Positives:
Very good location
Negatives:
A tad noisy. There are trains. We only heard one. We have stayed there before and will stay again. The trains are not an issue for us.

I recommend this location.
Positives:
This is one of the cleanest motels we have ever stayed in. Attention to detail was stellar! The beds we very comfortable. But the best thing was the hospitality offered by the staff. Especially the young man who checked us in. He was amazing! Great smile, polite and efficient! If I could give him 10 stars I would

awesome!
Positives:
We LOVED the night clerk! She was amazing. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was over the top. The only thing I would change is the in-room coffee pots. Other than that, we might stay again on the way back. It was great.
Negatives:
In room coffee pot

Positives:
Good room, breakfast was great.

Good stopover on our trip. Very nice staff.
Positives:
Its an ok location for one night. The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
There are trains that go by so ear protection is needed at night. The facilities outside the room need an upgrade. Breakfast was acceptable, no frills. Overall the location is average in a town that is an agricultural center.
Review
Acceptable for one night transient lodging
Positives:
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, location was great, office staff was friendly
Negatives:
A/c struggled to keep up and didn't circulate air well, it was cool enough and could have been much worse, lighting near door and a/c unit inside the room could have been brighter
Those are very picky things, no real complaints overall. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay
Review
Perfect
Positives:
Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
When you check and are warned of the train noise and given ear plugs- not a good start. And the a/c cycled on and off every 15 minutes even when it was not on auto cycle.
