Nice area, close to many things to visit.
Negatives:
A/C did not se to get as cool as I would like. Onsite restaurant just ok. Would have like a fridge I could put leftovers in. Fridge was filled with drinks for purchase. I like to stay in nice rooms and I pay extra to do that. I don't like being nic kled and dim ed after paying those high prices for the room. If I want to take a dessert to my room to enjoy later I should be able to have a small fridge to store it. Instead the fridge is shocked with exorbantly overpriced drinks. Also, I should not have to pay for basic internet. Another nickle and dime example.

Our stay was a last...
Positives:
The location for where we wanted to be was very convenient. The staff was wonderful, as for the facility it could be upgraded. While we were staying at the hotel, there was an incident with the coffee maker that resulted in facial burns and marks.. but the staff handled the situation great and were very compassionate and with respect .
The concierge were very polite and respectful.
Negatives:
The rooms in the south tower could use some upgrades and the air conditioning can be heard on the 10th floor throughout the night. As well as there was only one elevator working while we stayed.

Close to attractions. Clean and great decor

Neither phone worked in the room so couldn’t order in room dining for breakfast. Had an early flight so trying to feed kids before we left but not have to dress and go downstairs to restaurant.
Shower nozzle had a significant leak so couldn’t adjust it for a taller person or water squirted all over the bathroom
Mattresses were hard.
