Positives: Had the cutest little breakfast area for couples - but could also be use for someone who has anxiety issues, needed to be separated for the rest of the breakfast area/section.
Negatives: The only small problem was the shower handle came apart but it also came with attachment so we just used that for our stay!

Positives: The hotel itself is a very moderate hotel everything is fine nothing bad if all goes right
Negatives: The management was not good. The overnight receptionist was not very good at speaking english and their was a major problem with my booking on behalf of hampton. my booking was confirmed and payed for and when i got their at 10pm at night to check in 2 of my rooms were in essence paid for but my 3rd was not paid and they wanted me to pay again. After 1-2 hours of trying to get my room at this late at night i just wanted to get my room and head to bed so i paid again for my room and decided to wait to talks things with the main manager in the morning as he was gone for the night. i didnt recieve my room until 12:00 am I talked to booking.com customer service where it turns out that my 3rd room was not paid for because hampton management were trying to book me for more than i was supposed to pay. as to which customer service got ahold of the property manager and corrected problems but he did not want to admit that they were in the wrong. i didnt recieve any compensation at least for the hours i wasted just arguing with them for my room when it was their fault in the end according to booking.com definitely will not be staying here again, because shortly after another group of people went through the same thing.
Hotel itself is a nice clean place but the management was awful

Negatives: Having to pay for parking at a hotel that I paid to sleep at. This was not disclosed until after I had already paid. If I had known ahead of time I probably wouldnt have stayed there. The parking was on the premises and not on a separate lot, so dont understand why the paying guests are paying more for parking?

Positives: The hotel room was very clean and of high quality. Also, the breakfast area was great, breakfast itself was ok. It could have been a great experience if things were working.
Negatives: There were a lot of disappointments which I am listing below. My stay was for two nights and we were out most of the day to visit places and only came back to sleep, so we didn't complain to the management but it wasn't a fun stay because of these issues. 1) The bathroom door was sliding without a lock and when I closed it, it slid back open. 2) The faucet had very little water coming out of it. 3) The bathroom exhaust wasn't very great, so the smell would take time to go away. Also, the noise wasn't much and so people in the room could hear what the person in the bathroom/toilet was up to. 4) We requested room service but it wasn't provided. So, we came back to our room in the evening to find out that it wasn't cleaned. The trash (my kids' diapers) was still there. 5) This is not a big deal but the light in the room was very dim. I have kids and we prefer to have our room lighted well. This was not the case in this hotel room. If these issues were not there, I would've given it 9 stars but these are basic needs, and the absence of these makes the trip really disappointing.
