The room was comfortable.
Negatives:
The staff at the check in counter refused to acknowledge we had an active booking and refused to give us a room. We contacted booking.com and even with their excellent support, we had enormous difficulty in getting the room we had booked months ago. Very rude staff and behavior. Eventually, when they did resolve the issue, they still charged us higher rates than we booked. Additionally, the parking is paid.
